Deep Zone Project was formed in 2000 by three musicians, DJ’s and studio engineers, who are recognised in Eastern Europe for their talent for song writing and making club remixes. After the release of their debut album “Ela Izgei” in 2002, DJ Dian, Rossko, Luybomir Savov (Dian’s father) and Yoanna aka Deep Zone Project, were nominated in a smashing five categories at the 2002 MM TV Music Awards (www.mmtv.bg) for: “Best Song”, “Album of the Year”, “Band of the Year”, “Best Video” and “Debut … In 1980 or 1981, they met with Mojo and proposed that they provide mixes for his show, which they did end up doing the following year.
